Policies:

Hawkesnest has a strict no-pets policy.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any of the Villas.
Villas 1, 4, & 5 are dual level accomodation. If this causes difficulty for access, Villas 2 & 3 are both single level accomodation.
Our regular check-in time is 2PM and check-out by 10AM. Due to our cleaning schedules, we may not be able to provide early check-ins or late check-outs.
This accomodation is self check-in via lockbox.
Group bookings may include an extra cleaning fee
Upon cancellation, any payments made are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to your booking. Deposits will be forfeited completely if cancellation is made within two weeks of your stay. However, we offer full refunds at any time in the case of extreme circumstances restricting your ability to travel (ie COVID-19 lockdowns, bushfires).
You must be 18 years or older to make a booking with any Hawkesnest property or Kingfisher Pavilion
